Making Use Of Private Label Rights Products
So you probably wondered about making use of private label rights (PLR) products that you have sitting on your hard drive collecting digital dust.
(If you are thinking “what the h@ll are PLR products?”, check out my post about Private Label Rights.)
Now in this post, I’m going to share with you seven ideas for making use of your private label rights products.
So number one on the list is to create your own product. Simply make some changes, add your own twist to the PLR, maybe by adding a few ideas of your own. Then you need to create a sales page. This is easy enough if you use something like www.ClickFunnels.com. And most of the good quality PLR packages will come with a ready-made sales page for you to use as it is.
Put a Buy button on to the sales page and add it to any of the many market places such as Warrior Plus, JVZoo, Zaxaa or Clickbank or whatever; you name it. Then you can use an army of affiliates to help you promote your own product. This will only work if you have made some changes to the PLR product so that it seems like a new offer.
You can set up a membership site and easily use private label rights products to fill the site for your members. You could take an eBook and use the chapters as a mini-course. And to take this one step further, you could do the same with a video series.
This brings us now to number three of the six ideas on how to use a PLR product in your own business. Affiliate promotions.
If you’re going to promote any affiliate product and you want to give those who purchase through your affiliate link a bonus as an incentive, then a PLR product is ideal. Again, make sure that it is good quality and up to date, otherwise, it won’t be much of an incentive, will it?
Talking of incentives, this brings us to another great way for using PLR products – lead magnets.
As you know everyone in our industry should build or has built already an email list and a PLR product is a great incentive that you can use for someone to hand over the email address.
As number five of the six ideas on how to use a PLR product, you could use the content of your product, break it down in smaller chunks and use it as articles or blog posts.
This is a great way to add value to your website and attract visitors. Just make sure that you use up-to-date, or evergreen information. And if you are using written content, try rewriting it in your own words because Google does not like duplicate content.
This is similar to Number Five and involves breaking up the written content from your Private Label Rights package to turn it into an autoresponder sequence. This way you can deliver good content over a few days and give value to your subscribers. You could even deliver it as a mini-course, day by day, or week by week.
Okay, so I hope that you enjoyed today’s article on using PLR. Please remember to like, comment and share. See you soon.
